Enel Group has announced the IPO of its company, Enel Green Power S.p.A. (EGP) which is expected to be completed by October 29, 2010. The shares of the firm will be traded in Madrid and Milan stock markets from November 4. The price range of the shares is ?1.6 per share ($2.21 per share) and ?2.1 per share ($2.91 per share), for gross proceeds of ?8 billion ($11,061.63 million) and ?10.5 billion ($14,540.3 million).
